The indispensable guide for anyone subject to the U.S. Bank Secrecy Act regulations!

The massive multi-million dollar penalties recently paid by some of the best-known financial institutions in the world all resulted from violation of the Bank Secrecy Act regulations. You cannot afford to be in the dark about your obligations under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) rules. We live in a new era of AML enforcement by the U.S. government. You face complex, confusing and ambiguous rules, and the risks are immense if you don’t comply.

Ignorance is not an option.

If you are not informed of your new regulatory duties and do not comply with them effectively, you may not be able to avoid the devastating consequences of non-compliance.

No U.S. financial institution, including newly-covered industries such as the insurance sector, mutual funds, credit, debit and prepaid card companies, investment advisors and non-financial businesses such as jewelers and auto dealers, is unaffected by the regulations. Non-U.S. institutions that do business in the United States must also comply with many of these regulations or risk hefty penalties and the losing the privilege of doing business in the United States.

Protect yourself and your organization today!

This one-of-a-kind, authoritative work is the definitive source of guidance on all 76 Bank Secrecy Act regulations. Two of the world’s foremost authorities on the BSA, Peter Djinis and Charles Intriago, dissect each regulation and cut through government-speak to show you how to comply with the rules and what they really mean.

This great resource saves you time, makes your job easier, gives you peace of mind, and saves you thousands on consultant fees. Everyone in your organization who is responsible for BSA compliance or enforcement should have this essential guide on her or his desk for ready reference.
