Michael McDonald heads a consulting firm that specializes in anti-money laundering issues and examinations of the AML controls of banks, money transmitters and government operations. For 28 years, he was a special agent of the U.S. IRS Criminal Investigation Division, where he was a pioneer of the United States money laundering control effort. He helped found Operation Greenback in South Florida in 1979, the first governmental effort focused on the finances of international drug traffickers. Mr. McDonald sits on the Editorial Board of the publication Money Laundering Alert. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist – CAMS ® as well as a founding member of the Advisory Board of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).

Greg BaldwinGregory A. Baldwin, CAMS
Partner at Holland & Knight, Miami.

Gregory Baldwin practices in the area of complex commercial litigation, specifically in matters involving federal and state money laundering laws, the Bank Secrecy Act, securities fraud and racketeering laws. His practice also includes white collar crime, and civil and criminal forfeitures. Baldwin also assists clients in developing and implementing corporate compliance and AML programs. Previously he served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, in Miami, and as Counsel to the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.
